Itinerary
Meet and Greet on arrival at Njp railway station/Siliguri bus stand and Drive 3.30 hrs from Njp railway station to a beautiful place namely Darjeeling Enroute Sightseeing Mirik lake , Gopal dhara Tea garden , Nepal Border (If open) and Lepchajagat . Evening free for leisure . After having dinner overnight stay at Darjeeling .
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After having breakfast going to visit Lamahatta Eco Park then Transfer to a beautiful place namely Dawaipani . Evening free for leisure . Overnight stay at Dawaipani .
After breakfast and checkout from hotel and transfer to Sittong enroute sightseeing Mungpoo tagore house, Jogighat and Reyang River etc. Sittong is a beautiful, quite, healthy and enjoyable hill getaway. Sittong area is very famous for its orange cultivation, during the winter the entire area turns orange with its orange Gardens. Sittong is ideal for nature lovers, Bird enthusiasts and adventure.Night stay at Sittong Homestay.
As per the itinerary of Darjeeeling trip , you will be taken for full day sightseeing in and around Sittong. Hence, after breakfast, start your sightseeing excursion by visiting Ahaldara ViewPoint, a 360-degree open viewpoint for River Teesta, Hills, and sloping valleys. Spend some time at the scenic tourist attraction and enjoy its high elevation while enjoying the fascinating view of snow-clad Kanchenjunga. Next, visit Namthing Lake. Also known as Pokhri Lake, it is truly a paradise surrounded by the lush green vegetation of the alpine forest. You can spend some quality time here while enjoying the great scenery of the surroundings and a calmful ambiance. You will be driven to Mahaldiram Garden next . The road to Mahaldiram is full of dense vegetations on all both the sides of the road. The road unwinds through the majestic pine trees and tea gardens all around. The main attraction of Mahaldiram is its untouched pristine beauty. Next we visit Old Buddhist Monastery and then back to our homestay. After having dinner overnight stay at Sittong.
In the morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel on time and get transfer to the NJP Railway station / IXB Airport/Siliguri bus stand for your onward journey .

Yes, you can charge batteries en route. Charger should be brought. There are hot shower facilities as well. You may have to pay a certain amount for both ($1-$2). Negotiate. Also, a hot water facility could be free at a lower elevation.
No. There are no ATMs on this trek route. You will have to draw enough cash in Pokhara or Kathmandu. There are a number of ATMs in these cities. Everything is paid in Nepali rupees. So money should be exchanged before the start of the trek.
Yes. The Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. The Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you are used to and at times you can just lose connection.
Not really. It depends on you. If you want, ABC trekking can be done independently. You could hire a guide and a porter by yourself instead of going through an agency or not hire a guide at all. Although, not having a guide can be a little problematic during the offseason.
It really depends on you. Is it your first time in Nepal? How confident are you of being able to find your way around? How pressed on time are you? If you go through an agency, it will be costlier but everything will be planned. You will only have to come, trek and return.
For the Annapurna region, pay for guides range from $20 to $30 per day and porters take $15 to $25 per day.
